Just click here to goto your account page. Scroll down to "Subscriptions and Payments" and you can change any plan you want to. You can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, you will lose access to courses and the forum.
If you are stuck on a specific lesson from one of the courses, post a topic in the relevant section on the forum, and I will get back to you ASAP.
